Through an advertising studio with Frank Oros at Washington University's Sam Fox school of Design and Visual Arts, Elle and teammates, Ella Sudit and Katie Chandler prepared a non-profit campaign to encourage gender equality discussion among college-age millennials. The three presented their work in October of 2016.
